User Support
We will be holding weekly Q&A video-conferences on Friday from 2-3 pm for the next four weeks (21 and 28 September, and 5 and 12 October). New users are encouraged to participate to ask any questions that they may have, as well as to learn from the experiences of others. You can also access our training materials, or contact the UPLOADS Team with any questions.

The launch is scheduled for tomorrow afternoon (Friday 14th September) at 2:00 pm, and will be hosted by Clare Dallat and Gabrielle Darroch from the Outdoor Education Group, and Mark Brackenreg from Outdoors New South Wales.
Participants will be provided with an overview of the applications features, a demonstration on how to use it, and there will be an opportunity to ask plenty of questions.

The UPLOADS Team are very pleased to have been awarded the Impacting Practice Award at the 20th International Ergonomics Association Congress in Florence this week.
It is great to see the UPLOADS project being recognised! We hope that the work continues to have real world impact as we move in to the next stage.

We are now recruiting LOA organisations to use the new UPLOADS App to record incident reports, LOA participation data and action plans to address identified problems. If your organisation would like to participate, please contact us.
Clare Dallat, our incredible HDR student (who is in the final stages of thesis examination) and Executive Director of Research and Innovation, and Director of Risk Resolve at the Outdoor Education Group has been named the very deserving winner of the 2018 Charles (Reb) Gregg Wilderness Risk Management Award!
The award is presented annually at the Wilderness Risk Management Conference and recognises an individual who has made significant contributions in risk management to the outdoor education and adventure profession.
Clare is an educator, program administrator, and student of risk management. Originally from Ireland, she works primarily in Australia and has presented academic research all over the world. Among other projects, she is working to understand why incidents happen and develop evidenced-based staff training curriculum to reduce incidents.
Clare will be travelling to Portland, Oregon to accept her award on Wednesday 3 October.
