How to enter information from an incident report

Ask reporters to lodge incident reports via email, rather than printing them out. This will make is easy to copy and paste the information.

Leave fields that do not apply to the incident BLANK.

  1.  Select “Incidents” from the top row of menu buttons.
  2.  Select “New Record”.

  1.   Incident ID will automatically be populated with a unique identifier.
  2.  Enter the details on the report into the relevant fields of the database.
